A "Sprinkle" About Us

Hello! We are so glad to share our adventure with you. My name Is Briley Lenkaitis and I am one of the owners of 4-Ways Dairy Barn along with my brother AJ Lenkaitis. A little bit about us- we grew up raising dairy cattle and very Involved within the dairy Industry. We are both currently In school. I (Briley) am currently pursuing a Masters of Science In Agricultural Economics at the University of Illinois In Urbana Champaign. My brother AJ Is currently pursuing his Bachelors In Diesel Mechanics & Agricultural Technology at Rend Lake. We both graduated from Eldorado High School. I (Briley) graduated In 2019 and AJ graduated In 2021.

You might be curious as to why two siblings decided to purchase an Ice cream shop while still In school. However, the answer Is quite simple! We both love dairy and the dairy Industry and we wanted to share this love with the public and positively promote the Industry that we hold so dearly to our hearts.

Since we acquired the Dairy Barn, AJ & I have enjoyed adding new specials, flavors, & products. We hope that you have the opportunity to stop by the shop and treat yourself to a delicious frozen snack! We love all of our customers & cherish their support deeply! AJ & I want to say thank you for an amazing first year of ownership and we look forwards to serving Eldorado and It's surrounding towns for many years to come!

A few of our popular Items are Oreo Concretes, Hot Fudge Malts, & our S'Mores Pop. However, we can create any order special towards your preferences.
